My fiancée and I recently were looking for our first house and a friend of mine recommended Sara Roy to me. I have to say, Sara was fantastic! She was easy to get a hold of, always returned my calls and answered all of the never ending questions that I seem to come up with. We are very picky and made her job a little more difficult, but she was definitely up to the challenge. After a few weeks and about twenty houses, we found the one that was perfect for us. Being new to the home buying world, Sara walked us through every single little detail from what to look for while viewing the house to what cheques are going to have to be written to whom to getting the home inspection done and signing off on all the paper work. This being a starter house for us, I know we will be calling Sara in a few years when we are ready to move up to a bigger house. I recommend her to everyone I know and I don?t do that for just anyone. She?s not like other agents; she?s a regular person and listens to your needs.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and worked with Sara. The owner was selling privately which was something we had no experience with. Sara walked us through the private sale process, handling all of the negotiations, which gave us the objectivity we needed to make the right choices for us. Without Sara's support, we likely would have been frustrated with the process and walked away from our future home. We were so impressed and grateful for the professionalism of Sara that we chose her as our real estate agent again!!! Sara was always steps ahead! In purchasing a 2 acre lot, Sara helped us with a list of telephone numbers and contacts we needed in order to obtain permits.
